How do I participate in the Power Bank Program?
You may participate in the Power Bank Program by completing and signing the Power Bank agreement. You must present your Seminole Wild Card and two (2) forms of government-issued photo ID (at least one of which has a photo). Upon execution of your agreement, the Casino will retain your electronic signature for use in completing markers and/or Forms W-2G.
Why should I participate in the Power Bank Program?
Power Bank is simple, safe, secure and convenient. Power Bank gives you the power to withdraw funds from your Casino Credit and/or Front Money Accounts. With a Casino Credit Account, you don’t have to carry cash with you to play slots, no need to visit ATMs, banks or cash advances before playing your favorite slot machine. You control how much you want to withdraw right at the slot machine. You can even check the balances of your Front Money or Casino Credit Accounts right at the slot machine.
How do you play with Power Bank?
Simply insert your Seminole Wild Card into your favorite slot machine, press the download button and enter your PIN. The digital screen on the slot machine will provide instructions for downloading any amount from your Casino Credit or Front Money Accounts (to the extent of your credit limit or account balance).
The amount downloaded will appear as a credit in the credit meter on the slot machine. Each time funds are downloaded from your Casino Credit Account, they will be deducted from your available credit balance.
How do I know my funds are secure and will not be used if my Seminole Wild Card is lost or stolen?
Funds cannot be withdrawn from your account without your PIN. You must keep your PIN confidential and not share it with anyone.
What happens to my credits at the slot machine when I am done playing?
When playing with your Front Money account, the balance on the slot meter at the end of the session will be printed on a ticket which you may cash out at the ticket redemption machine, Casino Cashier or use to play another slot machine.
When playing with funds from your Casino Credit Account, the credit balance remaining on the credit meter of the slot machine at the end of your session (which occurs when you remove your Seminole Wild Card) will be deposited back into your Casino Credit Account to repay the amount of credit you used during that session. If the credit balance on the credit meter of the slot machine is not enough to repay all of the credit you used during the session, the entire balance will be applied to pay down the balance of your Casino Credit Account and the Marker Bank Cashier will prepare a new marker for the outstanding balance of your Credit Account using your electronic signature.
Any remaining winnings will be printed on a ticket at the slot machine which you may cash out at the ticket redemption machine, Casino Cashier or use to play another slot machine.
Any winnings of $1,200 or more from a single wager will be reported on a Form W-2G that will be filed with the IRS.
What is a line of Casino Credit?
A Line of Casino Credit is convenient, safe and fast. You access the Line of Casino Credit by downloading funds from your Casino Credit Account for use in slot play. Funds downloaded from your Casino Credit Account are restricted credits. They must be used for Casino play and cannot be cashed out. To establish a Line of Casino Credit and open a Casino Credit Account, you must fill out a credit application with a casino host or at the Casino Credit Office.
What is Front Money?
Front Money is funds deposited with the Casino for use in playing slot machines. These funds will be available to you at the slot machine through the Power Bank. Once your Front Money funds are deposited into a Front Money account you may download those funds to the slot machine.
May I terminate my participation in the Power Bank Program?
Yes. You may terminate your participation at any time by following a few simple procedures at the Casino Credit Office.
